On 31 January 2006 ARC Fund, jointly with State Agency for Information Technology and Communications, organized an Information Day to present the funding opportunities for IST research and development through the Sixth and Seventh Framework Programmes. The Information Day focused on the Bulgarian participation in the IST Programme of 6FP, the priorities of the sixth IST call, and the various means and projects aimed to enhance the SMEs participation in the European technological platforms and to mobilize the science and research potential of Europe. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss the prospects for participating in the upcoming calls through the services, provided under the IST BONUS Project.
