ARC Fund organized, in the framework of IRC-Bulgaria, a seminar for women-owned SMEs and for women entrepreneurs on January 26, 2006, where special emphasis was laid on Technology Transfer issues such as benefits resulting from the adoption of new technologies and improvement of innovation management, financing of innovation projects, use of IT and information sources such as internet based databases, communications, advertisement, specific regulatory issues, e-commerce, etc. The event was supported by Euro Info Centre – Vratza.
