IRC – Bulgaria, Bulgarian Industrial Association, Association for HR Development in Industry, the Union of the Entrepreneurs – Panagyurishte, Asarel JSC and Otpicoelectron JSC jointly organized a thematic meeting ”Technology Upgrade and Personnel Training – Problems, Experience and Challenges Facing Bulgarian Businesses”, in the town of Panagurishte on June 6, 2006.
The meeting was designed for the managers of branch organizations in Bulgaria.
The new industrial part of Asarel JSC and the newly created Technology Innovation Centre of Opticoelectron JSC were be presented to the participants.
The role of Professional Training Centers for the personnel in industry was discussed at the meeting.
The strategy of the Bulgarian government for reforms in the systems for professional and vocationa training was presented.
