Biography
Plamen Ivanov has master’s degrees in Economics and Industrial Management from the University of Economics – Varna and Electrical Energy from Renewable Energy Sources from the Technical University-Sofia. Plamen is a Certified Project manager Professional (PMP) since 2013 by PMI, USA, and Business NLP Master Practitioner with coaching skills accredited by the International Trainers and Coaching Academy of NLP.
Plamen has worked as a commercial director in multinational industrial companies such as Saint-Gobain Bulgaria EOOD, Etem Bulgaria AD, and Mauer Locking Systems OOD (currently part of ASSA Abloy).
He has participated in projects on creating and marketing of new products and services, introducing quality management systems according to ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 standards, definition, introducing and changing the company’s business model, and introducing CRM systems.
As a member of the team of the consulting company MLC International, Plamen works on projects focused on developing and optimizing the company’s business processes, improve the company’s business culture, and conduct individual business coaching sessions to develop leadership and sales skills.
