Call for Participation in a Training: Building capacity for evaluation, planning, monitoring, operation and management of research infrastructures

Applied Research and Communications Fund, as partner in the ResInfra@DR project, is organising a training to build capacity for ex-ante evaluation of research infrastructures, planning of RIs, monitoring of existing RIs and identification of expected impacts of RIs. The training is primarily aimed at RI programme owners and the funding authorities, RI managers and operators (hosts), as well as potential reviewers of RIs. International experts prepared recommendations to support social, sustainable and frugal innovation in the Black Sea region

In the beginning of November 2017 the Applied Research and Communications Fund organised in Sofia an international workshop “Promotion of Social, Sustainable and Frugal Innovation in the Black Sea Region”. The workshop was organised as part of the “Black Sea Horizon” project in which ARC Fund is a partner, and which is financed under the EU Framework Programme for research and innovation Horizon 2020. Science meets regions conference in Gabrovo

On the 16th of November, 2017 the city of Gabrovo, Bulgaria hosted the conference “Science meets parliaments and regions”. The event gathered representatives from the local authorities of North central region of Bulgaria, educational institutions – schools, universities and the Bulgarian academy of science.
