Biography
Milanka Slavova is a professor and long-time lecturer at the International Business School and the University of National and World Economy. She is engaged in research in the field of innovation management and marketing. In recent years, she has focused on the study of the interaction between internationalization and digitalization processes of innovative firms. Since the mid-1990s she has been involved in numerous international projects on technology transfer among European firms and research organizations, regional innovation strategies, foresight studies, and international business. She has gained considerable administrative experience in higher education management.
Research Focus
Management of innovation processes in the context of digital transformation, changes in digital marketing strategies of companies, international business, and European research and innovation policy.
