Research Ethics Board

The Research Ethics Board was established in August 2024. It is an independent body with advisory and monitoring functions, which ensures the compliance of ARC Fund’s employees and project practices with the internal Code of Ethics and Good Research Practices. The Board is as well responsible for monitoring and evaluating the application of the Code by ARC Fund’s staff, and proposing an update of the Code when such a need arises. The Board contributes to maintenance of the high standards of ARC Fund’s research work through review, comments and suggestions. The Research Ethics Board is of three members who are external to ARC Fund. The work of the Research Ethics Board is coordinated by a Chairperson, who is a senior representative of ARC Fund.
