Lyubomir Hristov

Biography
Mr. Hristov has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Applied Research and Communications Foundation since 1991.
Mr. Hristov holds a master’s degree in computer sciences from the Warsaw University of Technology in Poland, 1983. His professional development includes training at Pafec, Deltacam UK in CAD/CAM design and flexible manufacturing systems (1984) and participation in a number of courses on satellite communications and earth station at COMSAT Systems Division, Clarksburg, Maryland, Washington (Satellite Communications Technology Management); GTE Spacenet Corporation McLean, Virginia, Washington (Satellite Earth Station Planning and Implementation); INTELSAT, Washington, D.C. (International digital satellite communications theory, planning, and INTELSAT services delivery); COMSTREAM, San Diego, California (High-performance digital satellite networks); and STS Inc., Houpauge, NY (Satellite Communications for Non-Technical Managers).
He is a co-founder and Vice President of the Bulgarian Project Management Association.
