The Applied Research and Communications Fund is a co-organiser, jointly with the partners of HARMONMISSIONS, and with the support of Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), of a workshop and a brokerage event. The events aim to connect European experts on EU Mission 1 Adaptation to Climate Change and Mission 4 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities of Horizon Europe.
The events seek to provide a space in which participants may express their interest in open calls related to the two climate-oriented Missions of Horizon Europe and find reliable partners with which they may create a consortium.
What does the event include?
- A workshop on the two climate-oriented Missions.
- Three matchmaking sessions.
- Best practices for the implementation of the EU Missions.
When and where will it be held?
The event will take place on 11-13 June, 2025.
It will be held in a hybrid format: it is set to take place both online and in-person in Ljubljana, Slovenia, as the first day of the event will be held in the Eurostars uHotel Ljubljana, and the following two days will take place online.

Who is eligible to participate?
Representatives of research institutions and scientific laboratories, universities, SMEs, regional, national public administrations, and large enterprises, which are interested in climate neutrality and/or climate change mitigation.
