To support the preparation of proposals, the EC Transport Directorate is organising an Information Day on Monday 2 February 2015 from 9 AM till 6 PM in the Charlemagne building, rue de la Loi 170, Brussels. The sessions will deliver brief presentations of the surface transport, the aviation and the cross-cutting topics of the Transport challenge Work Programme for 2015 as well as Q&A sessions to the EC project officers.
Starting at 3 PM a Brokerage Event is organized by the Enterprise Europe Network and ETNA Plus network of Transport NCPs to support partner search for new consortia and presentations of project ideas for the 2nd batch of Transport calls in 2015.
Within the framework of the Brokerage Event, participants looking for partners will have the opportunity to present their organizations and ideas for project proposals in 2 different ways:
1. In the form of a brief oral presentation (3 minutes max.), using templates specially designed for this purpose.
2. By participating in bilateral meetings (max. 20 minutes)

Due to security reasons, registration to attend the European Commission’s H2020 Transport Information Day is a pre-requisite for participation in the networking and brokerage event.

Participants of the networking and brokerage event will not be given access to the venue without confirmed registration for participation in the Information Day.
Please note that your registration will have to be confirmed by the European Commission within 5 days by email.
Deadline for registrations for the Brokerage event – 15 January 2015.
Registration for the Information day will be open till the capacity limit of the rooms is reached.

The plenary sessions will be broadcasted in web streaming; an access link will be available here a few days before the event.
