The CityZen project is coordinated by the Applied Research and Communications Fund and aims to support the development of urban agriculture in Sofia and Bulgaria as a whole through the creation of appropriate policies and supporting measures. The project partnership includes 6 other organizations from 4 European regions that also wish to develop their urban agriculture, both with a social and educational focus and as an opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses.
CityZen is also creating its own database of good practices and organizing a number of events to share experiences and design measures to support the sector.
