On 24 and 25 of January 2013 the Applied Research and Communications Fund organized jointly with the Sofia Municipality the kick-off meeting of the project EnVision2020 – Energy Vision 2020 for South East European Cities. The event was held on the premises of ARC Fund. It started by a short welcome from Ms. Damianova, Programme Director at ARC Fund, followed by the speech of Mr. Badinski, executive director of the fund. All participants introduced themselves, then presented their organisations and described their strengths, weaknesses as well as hopes for the project. The overall organization of work on the project was also presented and discussed. A particular focus was placed on immediate project objectives, including the energy analysis and the preparatory work for the foresight activities.
EnVision2020 is supported by the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme. It runs from December, 2012 until November, 2014.
