“Make Bulgaria Ltd., creator of the patented innovative building insulation system EKOPUR, is the first Bulgarian company to benefit from the European pilot project “Ready2GO” to support European SMEs to internationalise in targeted third markets. The programme will involve 80 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from the EU, associated member states and candidate countries, which have been selected after a careful selection process from 351 applicants from 31 countries, reduced to 200 after the first round.
“Make Bulgaria Ltd. received an award in the Innovative Enterprise of the Year Competition in 2015 and in the process of preparation for Ready2GO used the consulting services of the Applied Research and Communications Fund, coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network – Bulgaria.
By November 2017, Ready2GO participants will have the opportunity to receive individual training and coaching tailored to the specific third markets they intend to enter. Together with European experts they will develop a business plan for internationalization in Cameroon, Canada, India, Chile and the USA. Between November 2017 and November 2018, they will participate in b2b events in the specific third countries for direct contacts with potential partners.
