On 4 August, BNT, media partner of the Innovative Enterprise of the Year Contest, broadcasted a report about one of the winners of the Competition – Tickey, featuring Profs. Tickey was the winner of the competition, with the participation of Prof. Teodora Georgieva, part of the organizing team.
Tickey Mobile won the prize in the category “start-up” in the Innovative Enterprise Contest 2016 for its development of a mobile application to pay for public transport tickets.
In the report, Prof. Georgieva said, “Our aim is first and foremost to give the necessary attention to enterprises that understand that innovation is important as a factor for competitiveness. They need to get recognition, to get visibility among the public so that they can measure their achievements against those of other companies working in the industry – at home and abroad. And to be supported to the greatest extent in their innovation activities.”
Applications for the competition are open until 15 October.
