The international project ADMA TranS4MErs supports ambitious manufacturing enterprises to become smart factories of the future. 243 enterprises have already had the chance to receive innovation vouchers, providing them with mentorship from a specialized and certified TranS4MEr, as well as free access to the xChange platform, containing a catalog of cutting-edge training for smart manufacturing.
To address their challenges, businesses are offered individualized mentorship programs, consultations, and professional training in online and hybrid formats on topics such as sustainable manufacturing, intellectual property rights, robotics and automation of the production process, technology audit, fundraising and attracting investors, and many others.
To become part of the “smart factories of the future”, enterprises should register on the xChange platform and apply for a voucher entitling them to free training and mentoring.
